The ASPCA estimates that approximately 3.3 million dogs enter shelters each year. Many of these dogs are loving and well-behaved pets who have simply fallen on hard times by no fault of their own. Whatever their circumstances may be, it is heartening to know that there are organizations working tirelessly to find these pups loving, forever homes. That’s exactly why I felt called to hold a small fundraiser for our local Indiana County Humane Society. The first annual ICHS Pet Portraits fundraiser
A total of 9 complimentary Pet Portrait sessions were listed and filled in less than 5 minutes! Registrants were just asked to make a donation at their shoot for the ICHS. Together we raised almost $400!! I’m so looking forward to turning this into an annual event.
My favorite part was getting to meet some of the most beautiful pups and their humans.
